Course Overview

This course takes you through Dr. Edward Feser’s most recent book, Five Proofs for the Existence of God. This book contains five chapters that demonstrate the different arguments for God’s existence, and two chapters on natural theology which seek to rebut any charges against the proofs laid out in the book. Apart from the book, learners will be given an introductory lesson on logic to assist in understanding the discussions better. This unique course revolves around scholastic arguments for God’s existence in light of modern developments in philosophy of religion and the natural sciences. Hence, making it an extremely relevant course in the present era of growing atheism. While the course itself is dense, it requires no prerequisites in philosophy, theology or science.
