About The Program

A special advanced course designed for ʿulamā and advanced students who wish to learn advanced studies of the Qur’ān. The course aims to explore some of the important and most needed sciences today related to the Qur’an. The course will cover Manāhil al-ʿIrfān of Shaykh Zarqāni, contemporary book on the sciences of the Qur’ān which is both recognised by many scholars as both comprehensive and full of knowledge, regroups practically all the sciences of the Qurān in a remarkable order and style, and with a contemporary focus, addressing some of the main challenging and interesting topics important today. It encompasses 17 chapters full of the most important discussions related to the topic having summarized many of the arguments from a number of classical scholars of the Qurān and their famous books. The author Muḥammad al-Zarqāni was one of the Kibār of Al-Azhar of the last century (1367H) and the book is taught and used as reference in many advanced institutes of Quranic studies.
